How do I return an item?

Vaporleaf Inc. Return Policy

Must Have Proof Of Purchase for Any Warranty, Exchange, Replacement or Return.

15 Day Return/Replacement Policy.

15 Day period starts on Date of Purchase or delivery date if ordered online.

Product is only eligible for replacement for Manufacturer Defects. If there is any physical or liquid damage of any kind, the 15 day time frame will be irrelevant.

Physical and/or liquid damage ARE NOT manufacturer defects. It is USER ERROR.

Physical and/or liquid damage is not covered by the warranty regardless of age of product.

Items eligible for 15 Day Return/Replacement include:

batteries, chargers, regulated MODS and other non-atomizing devices.

Refunds are reserved for un-opened and "like-new" items; a 20% restocking fee may apply. The refundable 80% may be issued in store credit, at the digression of Vaporleaf Inc.

7 Day Warranty on Consumables.

7 Day period starts on the Date of Purchase or delivery date if ordered online.

Consumables like clearomizer, coils, cartomizers, atomizers, cartridges, and drip tips are replacement only if dead on arrival. Dead on arrival means it never worked.

No Warranty on E Juice Liquids.

Taste is subjective - no returns on e juice liquid.

All Sales Are Final On:

Mechanical Mods, RDA, RBA, any filled tank, or used coil.

Any use of Marijuana or Marijuana Products will void all warranties.

Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item prior to sending it back to the store.
